From being greeted at the door to the security opening the door for me I would say this is a great place to come to. Yesenia was a great bud tender, told her what I was looking for and off the bat she showed me a flower I instantly liked also a real cool person! Overall love coming here great place, great people!

Walked in on 11-15-2020 around 3pm and was amazed by the great set up and atmosphere I was helped by a male employee first but he had to switch me to another female staff cant remember her name but she was red haired and tattoos. She helped me find what I was looking for, she didn't hesitate when I asked for the specific style I was looking for and had me sure and happy with my purchases

Their stiiizy pods are defective almost always cant hit it off the battery then a glob of wax comes out. They wont return or exchange without the receipt even tho you have a whole profile with them that shows past purchases etc… ridiculous prices not even STIIIZY sells their stuff for that price and when i needed to exchange a defective pod they did it without the receipt because they just checked my profile. The receptionist had a horrible attitude refused to even let me finish what i was saying. Never coming here again
