I will only use CBD Isolate because that's what is recommended for my condition -- not full spectrum. I love Indigo Natuals CBD Isolate. It helps my problems (allergic reactions and joint, muscle pain) but doesn't contribute to the allergic reactions caused by MAST cell activation such as a full spectrum product might. Love that this is completely flavorless. The best!
