I stared taking there products 2 years ago. Menopause symptoms and sleepless nights are a thing of the past.

If you deal with chronic illness, this is incredible stuff. I've been through one 2000mg and I'm ordering a 6000mg bottle after maybe two weeks of usage if that tells you anything. I need more time (like a month) of usage to be able to say definitively how much this stuff is changing my life, but already I feel more relaxed, calmer, as if my parasympathetic nervous system has been engaged with every use. I've never had luck with CBD in the past, but now because of Indigo Naturals, I think I'm converted--and as long as I can get it affordably, which I think they make happen for people who need a lot of it, then I will continue to use their product, and I will continue to update. If you have autoimmune disease like MCAS, make sure you spend sometime reading the website--there's lots of great information available.

Update: I'm ordering my third bottle, which is my second bottle of 6000mg. My chronic insomnia hasn't been helped like this in 15 years. My MCAS symptoms are almost immediately diminished, if not altogether stopped. Yesterday I ate cheddar cheese, then had a histamine reaction and couldn't sleep. I took some more CBD (I usually take about 300mg a day), and within ten minutes, I was asleep. I've called my doctor to tell her to let ALL her MCAS patients know about this company and their products. Thank you Indigo Naturals.

First time I tried cbd and I noticed a difference after just the first dose. I am fairly sensitive to things but it was a pleasant feeling. I’m looking forward to seeing how I feel long term and adjusting the dose to see where my sweet spot is as o do struggle with anxiety. About to order the solve next!!!

First of all, third party testing is key to any product like this. Secondly, the research articles are fantastic, I've never seen anything like it and I learned so much and was able to learn why the full spectrum cbd and thc products (edibles)stopped working (histamine reaction) after working so very well for sleep (yes, I learned the hard way). They are fully transparent, and when I made them aware that I didn't get to use the provided discount code for my first purchase, they immediately processed a refund for the discount code as advertised. My 14 year old daughter and I love this product!! My daughter is working with CBD as she transitions off of an SSRI that was giving her negative side effects and not helping the core problems. The SSRI was even making her develop audio/motor ticks! This CBD product has provided so much support and stabilization as we navigate this very difficult process.

I plan on writing more later as I get more time to review the oils and figure out my dosage, but I thought I would share just a bit now.
One major issue I have is not being able to sleep through the night for about 21 years. I know my hormones are way off and I've been tackling this along with other issues with a nutritionist that has finally been very helpful. Long story short, many symptoms may take quite a while to balance out, such as my sleep, which is most likely caused by hormone imbalance.
I reached out to my nutritionist who suggested this product as I was not interested in other suggestions of CBD with trace THC. The company seemed to have so much information and research that made me feel at ease. I read quite a bit of it, trying to learn a lot before I ordered. I was nervous about mixing it with my 2 (low dose) blood pressure medications, but as a nurse, I felt I was qualified to monitor and titrate with my doctor's instructions depending on any questionable symptoms and readings. I loved reading all of the reviews on each of the oils. I am so glad that I took the leap to purchase. I bought the 1,000 mg bottle and 2,000 mg bottle.
Once I received, I started on the suggested dose of the company with 1 dropper full. My nutritionist suggested 7 mg which would have been 1/4 of the 1,000 mg dropper. Well, the full dropper was too much for me. Even being careful per dosing instructions on how and when to take (after fatty meal, etc.), I got a banging headache which was finally relieved with Tylenol. I decreased my dose for the next several days and got a headache after each time. It slowly went away with continued use and I was able to slowly increase my CBD dose after several days each time. This stuff is very sensitive to timing/diet. Another odd side effect I guess, was that I had increased underarm odor. This happened for a short stent after my dietary changes which was a detoxing effect. I figured this was the same.
I reached out to customer service for the dosing concern, headache and the odor issues. Each time, someone responded fairly quickly, answered each question fully and provided a lot of extra research and links to more information in regards to my questions.
I'm still figuring out my personal dose for the insomnia but at this time I'm taking about 82 mg each night sometime after dinner. As long as I'm eating a full meal, I have not been getting any more headaches. Even at the lowest dose of about 8 mg, this oil has had a positive impact on my sleep since the first day! I'm sleeping deeper, longer, and if I wake up, typically to go to the bathroom, I can very easily go back to sleep. Many mornings I'm feeling more refreshed than ever before. I've been on the CBD oil for about 3 weeks now and NOTHING has EVER worked for more than 1-3 days. I am loving this stuff! I even started giving it to my dogs as the typical dog CBD treats were a joke and very expensive. I'll write another review on that.
Per their research and many reviews, I tried dosing the oil at different times to see if any specific time of day would be more beneficial for me. As there is a calming effect, it does not bottom out my blood pressure or make me feel so tired that I need to take a nap. Between my diet, some exercise, and the CBD use, my BP continues to drop but is stable where I could wean off of one pill so far. If you have any stressful situations where you feel like if you could just not care, this could help too- Such as a mother-in-law. Anyone with anxiety or high cortisol issues, should check this out.
