Had prices displayed in their showroom that the management refused to honor. Advertising a price then pressuring or forcing the customer to pay more is the definition of a Bait and Switch. Take your money somewhere with better morals.

Greenhouse is my absolute favorite dispensary in flagstaff! Their Pure caramels are so delicious; I love all the flavors they come out with. Great products, great staff, great experience every time. I would definitely recommend anyone to this shop, and their specials are amazing!

Greenhouse of Flagstaff probably makes the worst tasting wax I've ever had. Like they're good at selling other people's wax, but they themselves do not produce a good quality product.

As the market can't keep up with demand and so they sell ak47 that smokes and gets ya high like 1982 ditch weed. Looks great smells great.

Great service. Friendly staff and very informative. Love the in house made edibles. Other then that it's just like every other dispensary in the state. They all carry same product with different prices. Little more pricey at this dispensary. Found the house products closer to my town half the price. Kinda confusing

I have been going to greenhouse for the past year now and have never had any problems. I would say my first unpleasant interaction was with your employee “Willy”. Most of the time he was confusing me and did not follow my instructions what so ever. I had to repeat on multiple occasions what my order was. Just to notice after the visit that he did not put the edibles in my transaction even though when I returned he claimed that he read the order back to me and we never had talked about edibles... which was an absolute LIE. I do not appreciate having the finger pointed at me in front of other customers when training NOTICEABLY didn’t seem to go well for him. Thanks. Besides that, greenhouse is a very warm a welcoming environment.

This dispensary is one of the most welcoming and amazing places I have ever been too. My patient advisor was Carlos and he was phenomenal. he definitely had an amazing attitude towards customers and knew everything about the medicine and product he was suggesting to me as a patient. He took his time and even gave me a lot of information and went above and beyond he needs. I definitely found my go to spot for when I visit Flag from the valley.
