Used to like this place until they stopped doing curbside pickup for Medical Cardholders. They should continue curbside pickup for Medical Card holders only and non-cardholders should have to go inside the dispensary in person. If they decide to switch back to doing curbside again I would happily go back to Greenhouse. Until then, GreenPharm is where I'm going since they offer that service for their medical members.

Bud is definitely expensive can't buy a gram for $10 anymore but I'm just happy weed is legal. The people working there are very nice, nicer than the other dispensaries and they show you the bud and if you don't like it you can ask for a different canister. The other dispensaries have different bud but I go to this one because it's closer to where I live and the vibe is dope!

I usually don't ever have a issue here, but today the Select Rep was very snappy. Yes I did ask the same question twice. I was trying to get a CBD product and had a miscommunication but was treated poorly unnecessarily. Feels like she forgot this is a medical dispensary and we are patients not here for recreational purposes. The rest of the staff was friendly and I do like the new set up. Ill update my review after my next experience.

This was my first and last time I will ever go to Greenhouse of flagstaff... when I got my order home an hour and a half away... I opened up my brown paper sack and found one of my flower containers didn’t contain any flower. I spent $80 on that empty container. Sad day! All I could do was call and let them know my frustration, and write this review. I will NEVER go back!
