The lady who I believe runs this place is awesome she is super cool and is actually willing to take the time to help you out and teach you how to fix or change your vape. I've also seen in person that she was willing to exchange a vape the was causing a problem for another woman that purchased a vape from her and without a receipt she ordered her a new one. That's some great customer service if you ask me.
