Bear necessities is an amazing place to buy vape and glass from. They have an amazing vibe right off the bat, they have outstanding customer service and you always feel welcomed every time you walk in. All the employees make time for you to help and answer all your questions and make every experience a personal one. This is by far the best vape shop I’ve ever been too!

This is my all time favorite vape shop, I've been coming here for over a year & a half & they supercede any other shop in town, they are by far the best value for your buck & the staff there is extremely knowledgeable not to mention they will do anything in their power to help you out especially if your device is defective. Bear Necessities also carries items no other shop carries for all your special needs. I have become very fond of this shop, the Manager & Staff there & when i walk in the door just like anyone else who walks in the door there, they treat like a long time friend, polite & excited to see you. Find all your vape & tobacco products here at Bare, i recommend them & wont go anywhere else.

Extremely limited supply of vape supplies. Unhelpful staff. No bike rack outside even though it's two stores down from a bike shop.

Love this little store! Love the hippie tapestries and all things in there! If you got a little hippie wild child in you, you gotta check it out. Very knowledgeable and cool staff as well!!

By far the best place I've ever come to shop for any of my smoking needs, they have great prices for quality products, the workers always go the extra mile to make the customer feel appreciated and cared for, always willing to work with anyone to make sure of satisfaction. Clean and organized and welcoming atmosphere, im proud to be a loyal customer, saddens me that im unable to attend their customer appreciation event today.

Today I walked in and just stood at the register while a tall skinny guy and girl talked abt random stuff behind the counter to the right of me.
The only worker to actually acknowledge me was helping another guest & all he did was smile (which was more than the two to the right of me did, by far).

I stood there for a few minutes? While they talked legit right next to me. All I needed was a can of butane? And part of me wanted to leave because like dang.. am I like, that much trouble?
I come here every time I need butane because they have the kind I like. Everytime it’s like this & I just feel like a burden on the workers (even though I legit just get one thing and it takes mere seconds).

The whole situation seemed very rushed. The tall skinny guy FINALLY came over to help me and he didn’t even really greet me? He just said “do you know what you’re looking for?” When I said I was just there for butane, he listed off prices for the type I wanted?? Instead of like, brands or anything else? And he was already walking away before I even answered. My answer to the prices was the brand I wanted, and I said I didn’t know the price. To that, he replied “it’s seven dollars” as if I should have like, known?
Which begs the question, does he recognize me? And does he hate me? Cause I’m normally p quiet. So I have no idea why he’s so rude to me.

Another instance worth noting. I bought my rig here. It’s a nice rig, rly pretty. Good price. Checked legit all the boxes?
Got it around November? But tomorrow I’ll have to go buy my 4th bowl for it.
The first bowl came w the bong. It shattered when I started heating it up (it hadn’t even been a minute. The bowl wasn’t red or anything . Scared me a lot tbh)
I went back and told the lady what happened a few day’s later? And she directed me to this one that’s $20 (that I had to buy a new top for).

Both of these $20 ones have broken in the process of smoking (like, as I’m abt to take a hit, the wax touching the glass has caused them to crack).

I’m hoping somewhere else carries the bowl type because I’m pretty done with the customer service at this place & the quality of product.

Which really sucks cause there are people here who seem to have a great time? Is it my fault? Should I initiate conversation more?
When the workers are blantantly ignoring me, should I ask THEM how their day is going?

If you don’t give off stoner or vaper vibes, I would recommend going someplace else.

Best place to go for your smoking needs. Employees are just the best greet you when you open the door ask you if they can help you find anything or what they can get for you. They have cheaper smokes than most. When you come they just make you feel like you are family. Not sure how many employees work there but the 3 that I have met are all just wonderful an last but not least an the one I had ever first met there is the manager. I'm sure its his good natured attitude is how an why his people are always do happy an cheerful when I or anyone comes in. I hooe this place doesn't change its employees. The people that ade there are what make the store great

I’ve had nothing but excellent experience in this wonderful shop!!! This business is fantastic and the employees are hands down some of the nicest people I’ve met!!! The manager in the Cheyenne location is super helpful.
