I recently ordered a starter pack of glass powder, I could not find the quantity. My mistake, it was listed in grams. I was surprised when arrived and was 1 oz. the pink fired a dark purple. Very disappointed!

I bought a vape (elf bar) from these guys and the charging port didn't work. I was told since I didn't try charging it at the store they can't replace it. Rechargeable Vapes usually come with about 30 to 35% battery so why would I plug it in at the store. Make sure you guys are testing all aspects of your product before you leave this store. Better yet, go anywhere else because other places will have better selection also this is the most expensive elf bar I've bought at $22 when you can find them elsewhere for $20 or less.

When it comes to which places I shop at obviously quality and price and important, but my deciding factor is customer service. This shop has the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing; willing to help you find what you need with a vast knowledge of the products and after purchase service being beyond exceptional as they've helped me so many times. The people who work here are understanding and empathetic with customers leading to great deals and transactions. I have not had a single problem with this store and only have good things to say. This is the best shop on State Street and more people to know that.

My wife and I never knew this store existed but we took a glassblowing class and I got to make a personalized drink stirring rod and take it home with me. The glass instructor was very personable and educated us about the different kinds of glass colors. We both had a good time and I will definitely be back for another lesson!

Gone here multiple times and have been greeted with good customer service. They have a nice selection of products and very beautiful pieces of glass pipes. The prices are decent and affordable, among other shops.

Wide selection of smoke vape and cbd products. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable while also being relatable. Very positive experience! They also have a small selection of candy bars for $0.50 which I though was pretty incredible. Definitely the best prices in the immediate area from my experience.

I went to this headshop in the hopes of find a rig to smoke CBD from. When I went in, I was greeted by a young man look to be in college and was extremely friendly and offered to review the rigs for me. After discussing all the various rigs that they had in the store I decided to go with a 420Box. As I checked out no receipt was offered nor even mention, I was just told to return to the store if I had any issues. With that, I was beyond happy with my purchase, it worked exactly for what I needed it for. Fast forward TWO days, I was hitting the rig as normal when it started to taste burnt. When I pulled the cartridge out, the glass of the cartridge was completely shattered. That weekend, I went to the store to see what could be done. I explained to a different worker what happened, and the worker agreed that it sound like product error. At this point I asked if I could get the cartridge replaced since it was not my fault, and I had the rig for under a week. The worker stated this shouldn't be a problem, and just needed to get his manager. Once his manager came over, the vibe changed for the worse. Not only did the manager question that I actually had bought the rig from the store, and offered no help. His advice was to reach out to the manufacture for a replacement. Now why is this unhelpful? 420Box is manufactured from about 20 different companies, most being overseas with no customer service support - so my emails and calls to the manufacture have not been answered. To add onto insult, after doing research (in hopes of finding the manufacture) I found out that stores only pay $8-10 for bulk orders. So this company would rather receive a negative review, an upset non-returning customer, and bad word of mouth spreading than trying to even help a customer. I will never recommend anyone going to this headshop, instead other local headshops.
I do want to note, that I did tell the manager I would be leaving this review and he welcomed it - to futher show how much this store cares about customer service/customer experience.

Classy glass is a horrible business! My husband and I have been waiting since April to get some glass blow for our dresser. The employees always give us the run around or the store is never open. I will never go back there for anything. I feel that giving them plenty of time to do something would be good enough. I guess they will not get my money. Good luck classy glass cause your business SUCKS!!!!
