Fire has maintained a continuity of excellent customer service quality from when it was The M Store. The bud tenders are always helpful, never push updates, and are always ready with suggestions. They are patient and willing to find what best suits you at the price you want.
They have frequent sales and an excellent variety.
The only downside is that they still haven't replaced the online menu/ordering; however, I was invited to call ahead to order anytime I knew roughly what I was looking for, so they are trying to fill the gap in the interim.

Kimbo was the bomb Friendly knowledgeable service By far the best in Yakima. I am super old school I was wanting a battery I called it something else but she knew exactly how to direct me in a direction to where I figured out what it was I was looking for. Kimbo was patient extremely friendly your place was clean excellent excellent if I'm ever Back in Yakima I know where I'm coming. I lived in Yakima for 13 years and was in the Trenches there it pleases me to see a store in Yakima I told that agent there's a green wave coming and you can't stop it very proud of you guys. Keep up the great work.

I come in here frequently to get stuff for my grandma with parkinsons, Roy is by far my favorite bud tender! He's funny, kind, knows his stuff, and never makes me feel rushed. I've been a fan of this store since thier previous owner and wasn't sure how the new ownership would go. I gotta say, they are killing it with a product selection like never before. Thank you guys for always being helpful, personable, and having a great knowledge of your products. Keep rockin!!

First time going and I loved it. If you sign up for discount points, you get 30% off storewide. However, its 25% off storewide everyday. Prices are low, product is good. Great place for cannabis.

Went there to pick some up for my mom they were polite and fun to talk to the place was nice good product selection decent price. Plaxe was nice and clean they were knowledgeable about the difference products since I don't smoke i know very little so them being knowledgeable really made my visit much more pleasant.

The Good- I actually love this store and believe that they have great deals, products, glass and the hospitality is generally amazing!!
The Bad- The store has a bigger blond gal that works there who is extremely rude and does NOT know her weed or customer service skills. I don’t know her name but she makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and makes me want to walk out. As well as the guy with glasses that worked for the company that previously owned that location…he’s no good either. Have to say good bye to employees that are risking your business/clientele.
Advice- Make sure your employees are well trained on their cannabis knowledge, as well as their customer service skills.
SHOUTOUT- Kimbo is an amazing employee and makes me want to come back every time. This woman knows her cannabis and is always making me feel like I’m her friend or have known her for a long time. She has great customer service skills and is the best employee you got, I hope you guys recognize her hard work.

This is my first visit to the store. I drive all over the US so I shop at many dispensaries (where rec is legal) and I've got to say this as an awesome dispensary.

I was shopping for cartridges and they didn't have any of the brands that I was familiar with. HOWEVER, the lady budtender assisting me helped me find excellent versions of what I wanted.

The layout of the store is very easy to navigate and the products are outstanding, they have a great selection and great prices. How can you say no to 25% off every day?!?

Passing through town, I stopped at three different dispensaries, and Fire Cannabis was the best I experienced! Sunny and Sarie gave me the best customer service and the most fire bud!! Will only be coming back to Fire anytime I stop into town, and asking for them! Great job fire cannabis for amazing employees!
