Every time I go to New Vansterdam I'm never left waiting very long for help finding what I want. They always have good suggestions as well. I constantly go to zac for recommendations on flower and extracts. Angela is super sweet and knows her bud pretty well, and so do Christina and Lauren and Sean. Everyone there is also really nice and friendly and just fun to be around. 10/10 would recommend.

This place continues to get better. After the initial opening I was let down a few different times. I ended up trying different retailers and steered clear of New Vansterdam. Since COVID, staying close to home is just about my only option, so I started visiting New Vansterdam again. Complete 180 from my previous experiences. Genuinely helpful customer service. Helping with a touch of grace and kindness goes a long way to developing a long term loyal customer base. The curbside delivery is a game changer. I had been a loyal customer over the last two years, in fact coming a distant to shop there, and a member of their loyalty program. All was good until I had a customer service issue, at which time they bailed on me like I had never been there before!
So here is what happened, on Monday morning a bought a 1 gram The Clear Cartridge. With there return policy being within 10 days, I tried it right away to make sure it worked and it did! At that point I disposed of the cartridge packaging . Later that night I sat down for a smoke and the cartridge failed! I tried everything before I made the trip back to the store. I brought back the cartridge, receipt from that mornings purchase. The acting manager told me without the package I was stuck for $60! He ask me why I was upset and when I indicated that I have been a long standing customer and I don't think they were being fair, he laughed and told me his pay grade wouldn't allow him to help me!
All they care about here is getting into your pocket. They have no Idea what REAL customer loyalty looks like and they certainly haven't trained there employees!

Christina came and helped me out looking for a concentrate. Not only was she spot on with my request for a fruity concentrate, she also took time to explain edibles to me.
Christina is a great employee and craft cannabis is lucky to have her. 5 stars from me.
