Love 'em. They have a great selection of products, a staff that certainly knows what they're talking about, and they are always willing to help. From suggestions to help with medical issues, to simply getting a dab tank replaced because the one you bought shorted out, they're super helpful! Great prices as well!

Usually a great place, with great selection, and great customer service. However, my last visit I received horrible service unfortunately. The evening lady had no interest or patience for me or my needs except to get me out the door. Was irritated cus I kept asking to see different flower options for a specific price range.

Great spot, the young miss who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable, helped me find a package within my budget with personal preferences in mind, if I return to Yakima again while on my travels I will be stopping here again and I do hope to see their menu on weedmaps as well, another plus is the variety of stock, a lot to choose from 👍 thanks a bunch!!!

I would’ve given it a 1-star, but their quality of flower is decent. Prices are okay on pre-rolls. I went in today becuse they’ve supposedly been doing holiday deals all week but I never received a text for the last 2 days, guy who’s the budtender said “sorry we don’t have deals for today yet but we have discounted 8ths for $35-40.” If you’re going to promote deals, you should have them ready if it claims open-close. Budtenders at slow burn always seem uninterested to get your business again, and very little help finding what you want.

Super clean and well setup shop. Menus on the TV monitor. Staff knew exactly what I was looking for even with my terrible description and was knowledgeable and had first hand experience with that product.
