I went to visit the store from out of town and I purchased a cart and an eighth of smoke and the house pen "Cinder" for my cart. Unfortunately I had issues with the cartridge and it's not hitting correctly and is constantly getting clogged ππ so I called to explain it and I spoke with an employee there named Jesse on the phone and he was extremely polite and apologetic as well as offered me 25% off my next purchase in the store. Now, granted I'm from Michigan so I probably won't be in there again, but it was pretty chill of him to offer that. And he definitely was very polite and understanding of the problem... Cinder is always running a daily special, I haven't seen them low on stick since the first week the store opened, their prices are always reasonable, and the staff has always been excellent at answering any questions anybody has. Bonus, they have their own free parking, which is really nice when you just need to stop in for a second to grab something.

Try the THC Major drinks if you haven't yet. I ended up in the bathroom of a doctors office staring out the window for an undetermined amount of time while I waited for someone. The windows were privacy windows so there wasn't even a view of anything. Lol

I've been shopping here two months and have been satisfied with the products. I made a trip last night and am pretty unhappy. I was met eagerly at the door and asked what i was looking for and I told him I was looking for a full gram of indica oil cartridge. I was led
To the front in kind of a brisk manner where it was allready crowded and was having trouble trying to speak to the man through the frenzy. I was then asked to move aside by another bud tender I was beginning to feel uncomfortable at this point. I tell him the two brands I bought last time as an example and he then tries to sell me a half gram of it. I said no I wanted the full. I explained that other brands are fine but that I just needed a full gram and was set on that since I was able to choose from several different kinds in the past for that price range. The more simple I tried to explain it the worse it got. He even tried asking co workers for help assisting me and was shunned away. I really started feeling like I should be spending my money somewhere I was more appreciated. But since I don't have a car and walked across downtown just to go there I continued with the purchase. After something that literally should have taken 5 or ten minutes tops he was finally able to retrieve some choices from the back. Finally after 30 or 40 minutes was able to complete the purchase of which normally takes two about 2secs. I'm really disapointed. I don't know why this visit was so difficult. Maybe too many people smoking before work....
