This is normally my go to shop in all of Spokane. Over the last few years I have spent thousands of dollars in this store, but my most recent visit makes me question my loyalty. I brought my wife in to the store today to purchase some CBD tincture to help manage her anxiety. The girl that helped us, Nicole, immediately began questioning my wife the minute we told her what the intended use was, asking very personal questions in an overly direct and judgmental way. My wife then explained her family history with the issue, and Nicole proceeded to tell her that wasn’t the cause of her anxiety. My wife gets plenty of professional help, and doesn’t need it from an unknowing budtender. Bottom line is that it made my wife very uncomfortable and caused her to have a panic attack in the parking lot. This was just shockingly unprofessional to me, and if it weren’t for the respect I have for the other, more caring employees in this shop, legal actions would certainly be taken. Very disappointing...

I have never had a bad experience here. Super friendly guys AND badass chicks (hardly ever get friendly girls anywhere I shop..) ... and it doesn't hurt that the guys are hella handsome. 😉 Their prices are competitive and you can't beat the customer service. I recently lost 30 lbs (so I haven't been smoking) and I just went to sativa sister's down the road to see what was inside since I've never been there... well, I found a smartass jerk who ruined my day. Big mistake straying away from my beloved Tree House Club! Never again! You guys rock thanks for always being decent human beings 😂👌
