I drove here from 2 states away. Arrived at 9am in my Winnebago to a large empty parking lot. When I went inside I was told I had to move my vehicle or else I couldn't spend time shopping. In the future I'll spend my money at a place that lets me park in their parking lot. Step up your customer service. It's all you've got.

Almost 50% in tax. If you have a medical card its 10% off. The Tree House off of Trent, has no tax if you have a medical card. You can also have your card made there. Of course you would have to aquire the proper documents first.

Went in an told the lady I needed two grams for $15 an she sold me on, once I realized it outside their exit I went back in an told them she sold me the wrong one, she told me they would not exchsexc it even though it was their fualt, I hear LOVELY BUDS HAD REALLY GOOD PRICES IM GOING THERE FROM NOW ON AN NEVER GOING OUR OF MY WAY AGAIN

This was my cannabis shop of choice until recently. I went in to buy a cartridge and battery, I charged it and I could not get it to turn on. I called explaining the situation, thinking maybe it was something I was doing wrong or if maybe I got a bad battery. The employee on the phone told me to bring it back in and that they would test it or give me a new battery. When I went in the same employee that sold it to me, took it to the back and came back and told me to follow him outside. Once outside he took a hit off my pen and told me I did not have it on and told me to take a hit. I looked at him in disgust and told him it was cold and flu season and I didn't appreciate him taking a hit off my pen. The employee was a black male and might have took that statement as racial. He then told me his cooties and my cooties were the same, actually no. If you have the cold virus I don't want or need that. I later called the store to speak with a store manager. The store manager told me it was their store policy to test out batteries that way, and how they take you outside to be off camera. It is a big no no for an budtender to get high while at work, and I don't appreciate how unprofessional it is and unsanitary for an employee to take a hit off a customers product. I am pretty positive the manager I spoke to on the phone was the same employee involved in this situation. I will not be going back to Sativa Sisters.
