I'm so confused. For years (since maybe 2019) they've been fantastic. Great customer service, great product.
And yet apparently within the last 6 months it's been a nightmare for people to get their products or their money.
And their website us down. I really wonder what's happening and if they're still actually open.

But I referred you my daughter she ordered and has not received her order.. no updates nothing.
Then I made an order again money was taken from my account but no updates.
Love your company but unfortunately we are both going to have to turn in the company .

Update 7/15/22: Disappointing. I still have not received my items that were purchased on 4/28. I have heard zero response since 5/26 when he assured my products we were on the way. I've sent 4 emails since 6/1 with zero response.
5/24/22: Placed an online order 1 month ago and have received no updates since then. Reached out via email and telephone throughout the last week with no response. I'm highly disappointed and hope this gets resolved so I don't have to file a dispute to my credit card.

Great natural products that taste great too, and the store is awesome with lots of cool vintage items that u can't find any where else. The owner Matt is great and very friendly! I will be recommending this place to everyone and will be back many more times.

Update: Thursday, July 28, 2022. I've tried contacting Matt several times (8 to be exact) over the past month. He responded once, then went MIA again. This leaves me no choice but to file credit card fraud on the two items I've been charged for, or yet to be shipped. Buyer beware....something is not right! I see tons of great reviews, then all.of sudden this occurs with 3 other similar reviews. Sorry to post this, but I've warned Matt 3 times I was going to file credit card fraud and register a complaint with the BBB.
Placed an online order May 20, 2022 and a second on June 13, 2022. I have received no updates truthful updates as of June 27, 2022.
Moreover, I have been told three different stories or excuses. Reached out via email and text with some help, but they need Matt the owner to answer. Throughout the past two weeks with no response from Matt. Highly disappointed and hope this gets resolved so I don't have to file a dispute to my credit card.
I love the product and desperately want it. Please fulfill my orders and the 10.oz in the meantime as promised and I'll change my feedback and rating.

I ordered a $150 bottle for my dog and never received the product I purchased. Have tried to contact owner several times by phone and email and never received a response. I am really disappoint in how this owner is conducting business. Beware, this has happened to multiple customers!! This store is a SCAM!!!

I don’t even know where to start… the products, the lamps, the MUSHROOMS! (Fresh Lions Mane!😍) and the staff!:)
I first came in to find CBD that was safe for my dog. Matt and Allen were so kind and knowledgeable and made sure to find the right dosage for my dog. They asked his weight, age and breed. Not only did I leave with the perfect CBD oil spray.. they sent me with free honey samples, CBD Elixir shots and handmade incense.
I love all their products.. but my absolute favorite is the CBD bubble bath! The bubbles last forever! They don’t dry out my sons skin (he has eczema) and are organic, natural and PERFECT! I’m pretty sure they’re tear free (although that’s not advertised)… you’ve never seen bubble bath like this.
Plus Matt’s story is so inspiring. ♥️

It seems I am not alone in my experience. I have seen several other reviews with the same issue as me. I was charged $91 on 6/26 and it is now 8/17 and I have not had any update after reaching out via email, phone, and Instagram several time. I would advise against ordering from this company. I will be reporting the charge as fraud and reporting to BBB.
