Very very good place i am there every week they are very good to me.They have great products great service.They treat you like family.I love the bonus program they have and the baby plants you can see.I even won a fish tank there lol. Love you guys keep up the great work.

This was my 3rd visit I do not live in Washington and I’m pretty sure the young lady’s name was shae,Chet,shay and she helps me every time she is extremely knowledgeable and always makes my experience the best and try’s to help me make the most out of what I’m trying to spend I will forever. Come back to this location simply bc of the young man that updates the Weedmaps app bc if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t have came here now I’m in love I literally haven’t visited anywhere else in the area they sold me first visit their knowledge is outstanding 5 stars ladies and gents ❤️

There is NO "Exceptional customer service" ......my experience was far from it. I usually frequent another cannabis store because I like the product and service I receive; But every once in awhile I've come into NWC because it is very convenient and close to where I live ; But in the 8 times I've been into the store I have never had "exceptional service" . When I'm asked about what I'm looking for, I'm always "hurried" into choosing a product and walk out feeling like I was RUSHED out the door and not getting what I really went in to get.
Tonight I went in for a product that was on the "updated daily" menu. (5 min after I had looked at the menu on the app on my phone I walked into the store to ask for it) it wasn't there. A little frustrated yes; But no big deal. When I asked for something similar in price and quality, I was again given a VERY FAST overview of a few things...this time I decided not to buy anything....I think I'll go back to my favorite place even though it's farther of a drive for me....where the customer service there is exceptional! NOT HAPPY AT ALL with this recreational venue. :(

My wife and I are new to this medical cannabis stuff, and feel very lucky to have come across Northwest Collective. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Today we were met/greeted by Alyssa, Quillis & Charles who remembered us and my likes and dislikes (very impressive). From what we have found the prices are in line with other places, plus FREE hotdogs on Friday's. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I really enjoy that there are females working there now. They are extremely helpful. The men work till 430 and the women work 430 till close. They also have really killer prices

Great place, selection, prices, and employees. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a positive 502 experience. I have been coming here since it was medical only, and while legal laws have restricted medicine access, they still do a great job.

As a long time patient who does not like to get high...just not be in pain for once... I was absolutely heartsick when my old favorite dispensaries didn't make the cut for the new medical-rec program this year. NWC has brought me back to life and rescued me from the clutches of Big Pharma! I just met you guys but so far I am a big fan! So glad to find you! Atmosphere is very professional and so are the staff... selection is tops! Keep it comin!
