Mistakes happen but I've come accoss multiple issues when dealing with this shop. Hopefully it's not Kushmans as a whole. Terrible customer service and listening skills along with no leadership training to understand what to do when they have made a mistake.
Cheap glass, bought two bubblers that broken from the stem.
Definitely recommend going anywhere else, maybe even your local dealer would be better.

Awesome selection, great prices and a very friendly staff! Open during good hours all week long and the SMS thing they have setup as a points style reward system and as a way to make customers aware of sales and deals is extremely convenient and effortlessly keeps me in the loop!! Highly (lol) Recommend!!!

I have been shopping at Kushman's for over four years, but today I've decided to no longer do business with them. Over the last four years, I've produced the same ID that I currently have. Once it expired, I updated it online and waited to receive my new ID. However, since this current ID is expired, the budtender at Kushman's turned me away, stating store policy. When I told him I renewed it, he asked to see proof. How are the receipts from over four years of purchases I've made not proof of me being legal age? Did you sell to me illegally for three years? No. Did I somehow get younger? Of course not. So why? I think a white male budtender saw a Black man and assumed that I was a criminal by default. I will never shop here again.

Always good service. Very knowledgeable and nice people. I forget my regular budtenders name, but I give him a little info, and he has me walking out with the right thing every time! Always good sales and good help, my go to shop.

Bought a carriage than didn’t work when tried to return it they wouldn’t let me even with original packaging and receipt. The receipt even implies that it has a 5 day return policy was still full the staff member tested it and gave to me saying it works and nothing can be done when there’s a virus spreading smh

This one star goes solely to the fella with the Mohawk for how he handled the discount situation on leafly versus in store, your body language and facial expressions are completely uncalled for, you sir as a manager need to learn customer service along with being diplomatic. The girl with long black hair and the gentleman with that hat I give five stars to cause with or without the discount I would have still purchased everything with the way they talked and had a professional manner. I am more than happy paying full price at another store which I’m currently doing cause well screw you Mr. Mohawk if you are running kushmans I won’t be back.
