I've never had a good experience here. I've been in four times, and each time, I am ignored by employees, and when I ask for help, they look clearly annoyed. If you want quality service and product, I recommend either Canna4Life or Greenfield.

Oddly enough there is a young lady that works here named Mary Jane.. was out of town without a charger for my Oil pen.. no where locally sold the charger alone. I happen to call Sativa sisters and Mary Jane gifted me one for free. Awesome service.. friendly environment. Thanks for the old school service!

What a super sad day today I came in like I do once a week or so and was met with someone new who doesn't know me and hasn't seen me for the last 2 years and she was rude and unfortunately I will not probably be back for sometime I have never felt unimportant as a customer as I did today.

I shop only at Sativa Sisters in Clarkston, Wa. BUT NOT ANYMORE!! Staff really nice and helpful until you return for service. How many of us have been told to keep your packaging & receipt in case of a problem. I had a half gram indica for vaping, worked great for a couple of days and then wouldn't draw and the cigar tip came off in my hand. I used very little oil.
A warranty is only as good as the company that stand behind their product.
When I went in the store they blamed me said I laid it on it's side that caused the problem and when I asked about the tip I was told "it happens". When I stated they don't tell customers to keep the vials upright and they only tell customers to keep their receipt and packaging in case you have problem,I was made out to be a liar I was asked "who told you that".
You don't stand by your product and tell your customers "that's not true" when the customer repeats the instructions given by your staff.

Do not go to sativa sisters I bought four grams of dabs from them and three of them turned out to be reclaim with a tiny bit of dabs underneath and when I called to complain the lady pretty much told me it was my fault because their dabs are on full display, would definitely recommend canna4life though never bought garbage from them

Unhappy with customer service in this place as well as managements response to complaints. These places need to hire older people with customer servicing experience. I think, they think, they are the only game in town. Their attitude is like it or leave it. People drive to these places and they can turn right as easily as they can turn left.
