been going here regularly for months now. they have a huge selection of pretty much everything! online ordering is easy to navigate and makes it easy to be in and out of the shop quickly. they have some great sales once in awhile too, and a rewards system. all the budtenders I've interacted with have been very kind and knowledgeable when I've asked for recommendations. the shop itself is huge, clean, and has a great atmosphere. best dispo in bremerton!!

I had a great experience at your store. Dom was helpful and pleasant to talk to. Plus he seemed very knowledgeable about the products you sell. Thank you Dom. Keep him around, it's hard to find people with good customer service nowadays.

The shop was easy to find, with it's own parking lot, and of course the variety was great. What makes me give this five star review is the customer service. I'm a medical cannabis user in my 60's and often get a bit overwhelmed. A very nice young man by the name of Dionte took charge, helping me through what I was looking for, and how much it would be. He was professional and kind, making the whole experience better for me. I will be back.

So impressed by how they are dealing with the Corona crisis. From gloves, to cordoning the counter so that customers and employees are safely apart, to cleaning regimen, to call in ordering. All these combined with the quality of employees are why Clear Choice is my choice. Thank you for all your efforts to keep this immune compromised customer safe.

On two separate occasions I went into this location to find they do not take mask guidelines seriously enough. On one occasion I had to keep telling the tender to put his mask on, and when I asked a question about my order he proceeded to pull his mask down and put his bare face directly over my purchase order. When I addressed this with the on duty manager, she assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I go back in a separate time, this time a different tender wasn’t wearing a mask. Only a face shield for which a mask is still required. That will be my last purchase ever from this location and I will be sure to keep spreading the word- clear choice clearly doesn’t care, and at this point, there’s not much they can do to change my mind on that.

Hands down the best dispensary in kitsap. A price point for everyone. I have never had a bad experience, just helpful, professional budtenders, welcoming smiles, modern, urban atmosphere. TV boards with strains and prices. Seriously, the best dispensary! I'm sorry it took me so long to go there

Went in for the first time today and they robbed me. They sold me the wrong thing then wouldn't exchange it even though I caught the mistake before I had even left their property. "We're not Walmart, where it's easy to return stuff," is what the manager said. I will never be back there again.

2nd EDIT: Dec 2021 They have implemented a new policy of scanning IDs and when you ask why, the budtender cannot say. I feel like if you need my information scanned then you should be able to tell me why you are doing so if it's not a requirement from the state. I left when I wasn't able to use my points to purchase an order I placed online. Not super happy about this new policy. If there's a good reason to be doing something you would be able to explain it, right? I wasn't even told if this information was being stored. Uncomfortable interaction I won't be looking to have again.

EDIT: Jan 6, 2020. This misunderstanding was handled very professionally by the manager, Jeremy. He more than made up for the issues we had weeks ago. I will continue to come here for the Honu body butter, Falcanna flower and Canna Organix cartridges. It's convenient and the product is consistently great. I've never received 2 year old flower here. Unlike some other places. It's also nice and bright in the store. I do like coming here and am happy to continue to consider Clear Choice one of my preferred shops in Kitsap.

I have been coming here for about a year and sometimes it's been irritating with the lack of inventory updates as well as the inconsistent service. However, today my old dad ordered two 3.5g jars of The Green Vault Pineapple Express. He's 76, so we just place an online order so he can just go in and pick it up. This time, they had some issue my dad didn't really understand and then told him the order was about 1.5x more than the cart was when we checked out. He's a senior and receives a discount. These two bottles were supposed to be $30 before the discount. When he went to check out he was expecting to pay $24 with his discount. So they took one of the bottles out and replaced it with a smaller jar and also charged him more than he was supposed to pay. I have pictures of the cart and I am sending them to the state's attorney's office along with the receipt. This is bad behavior. Shame on them for taking advantage of an old man.

The assistant manager is always super rude, is always looking to cause scenes and has a superiority complexe. Me and all my friends are gonna take our money elsewhere because of her. Hope the owner sees this .
