Love this place! Extremely patient and friendly. The younger female with blonde hair knows her stuff and recommends what best to fit your needs. Everytime I go in the staff is awesome. Their kratom is good 👍 and they have beautiful glass 👍 I recommend to anyone who smokes, their "piece water" solution they carry. Keeps glass clean from residue, good stuff! I also reccomend joining their rewards program, it's legit. 👍 Shout out again to their amazing staff.

This place us great. Been visiting the shop since it opened. Trish is wonderful. Very welcoming atmosphere. They treat you as if they have known you forever. So what if they charge extra fee for debit. 7-11 has done this also . This is my spot. Very friendly staff.

I went here because it was recommended by a friend. The guy working the counter was very rude when I was asking for help because a lot of their products were unfamiliar to me. He might have been having a bad night though.

Sold me a faulty downstem that wouldn't even fit in my water pipe and refused to refund or exchange. Took the same downstem to another smoke shop and they tried their own water pipes and it didn't even fit, proving the glass itself was faulty. Area 51 offered no help other than shrugging their shoulders. That experience alone let such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll definitely be making the extra 10 minute drive to Virginia Beach for a better smoke shop.
Edit: changing review to 1 star after the reply from the owner. I took the same faulty piece to another glass store where they tried it in their own pieces and it didn't fit in a single piece. You sold a FAULTY downstem and won't take ownership for it. Get some quality control.

There store is like walking through an art museum with all there awesome selection. Thyme the associate is super helpful. The other associate was pretty knowledgeable and helpful for a being a Patriots fan. Plus I like aliens.
