I came here for some juice and my is it outrageously overpriced. I guess the only way to stay in business is to charge 2.5x the price to take advantage of new "vapors" during a pandemic. Definitely will not come back in any future near and far. EDIT 02/02/2021: Got a notification reminding me about my post so I'll be more specific. I prefer coastal clouds juice. Price I've been paying for it for the past 2 years is 13 bucks...OR YOU CAN GET IT AT AVAIL VAPOR FOR 26 HARD EARNED DOLLARS! Shop any other reputable online store and save yourself 50% of what you would pay there, plus you get less exposure to the rona. Stay safe folks!

Customers service is terrible. And prices. Everytime I went there to try oils I gotten changed a dollar everytime which doesn't make sense because I paid to join but they wouldn't never put me into the system. Than I bought a mod that caught on fire out of no where and I didnt do anything to cause it. When I bought it back with the recipe they said they couldn't help me?. I brought it back an hour after it caught on fire. All avils stores are expensive

I bought a mod and was told one thing and when it didnt live up to expectations it was replaced but it had the same exact issue. The selection is very limited. The staff is friendly but it seems to be more the sales oriented rather than a happy return customer.

friendly place, but they way overcharge. I paid fifty bucks for a caliburn vape, which I should have bought on line for $12 buck from a different company. Also, they didn't have any pods for the caliburn, maybe in 2 weeks they said. Had same problem with another system they sold. Just buy on line, I use Element Vape and they are great.

Disappointing customer service. Purchased a new device a few months ago that worked great, went to charge it recently and it overheated the cotton inside the coil was burnt and the glass on the chamber started to melt. Returned to store with device and was told by the salesperson that it was not covered but I could PURCHASE a new one. Was also told to contact the manufacturer but "probably won't be covered b/c the USB port was pushed it" So after several minutes of conversation filled with blank stares and awkward pauses I was asked again if I wanted to purchase a new one, l declined and left. Could have been handled differently. Will not return.

Friendly staff. If you are new to vaping they can help you out pretty well. The best part is being able to try out all the different flavors before you decide on one. Helps prevent buyers remorse, not liking a flavor that "sounded good".

This place is a joke. We have visited just about every vape shop in this area and have NEVER been attacked at the door to show an ID. The female employee was “standing guard” inside the door as we entered, rudely demanding to see an ID before the door even closed behind us. We are adults clearly over the age of 18. We have spent a lot of money at Avail in the past and are appalled to be treated this way. We are done with all Avail locations at this point. They have also been out of anything we were looking for the last few times we were there. Other vape shops do not ask for an ID unless you are making a purchase, and that is the way it should be. Avail is not worth the hassle! The “lady” who accosted us yesterday at the Central Park location should be FIRED.

Bought a starter kit whose tank stripped the mod threaded insert out within 2 weeks of purchase through ordinary use (didn't drop it, didn't abuse it, it just happened). When I took it in, they could care less, mumbled something about their manager not letting them, asking the other employee when soandso manager would be back, obviously wishy-washy and unempowered to do anything about it. Basically lost a customer who will live in the area for years over a 30$ vape. Pretty sad.
