I love this product! I have an auto immune disease, along with awful anxiety and I really wanted to steer away from mediciation. I researched for a bit and finally decided on this company. I even called to get more information and customer service was wonderful! I believe I spoke with Kristyn for about 30 minutes who was very helpful with answering all of my questions! This product has helped so much with my body pains and anxiety!!! Highly recommend!!

Yesterday I went into green mountain hemp for my first time! I was exchanging a product that was bought wrong for a client of mine! When arriving I was told they didn’t do exchanges due to not knowing what was or could have been done to the product, totally understandable. The sales woman then asked the boss/manager if he would make an exception. Not only did he give me the right product, he let me keep the one that was accidentally purchased. They were super friendly and helpful! I totally recommend them! I will most definitely be going back!

I will NEVER give this business a good reference or my business again. I have spent alot of money on their products so I'm super disappointed. I bought two ccell batteries for 59.34 and was told they had a warranty just bring them back into the store with the receipt. Which is the main reason I purchased them! I came in and exchanged one because it stopped working, it was a smooth easy exchange. Yet today the other one stopped working so I went into the store with my product and the receipt but was told they dont do that in the store. I said well that's the reason I bought it... the worker said well the girl who said that was fired and now you know why.
As a customer I'm wondering how their bad employee choices now has to impact me? The company the ccells are through has a chinese contact number so I cant even call.
Horrible business practice!

Visited today from Wilmington, North Carolina. I have family In Vermont , and as a fan of hemp, I had to stop in. Very friendly staff; they did not jump on me immediately trying to sell me things, nor did they hover over me while I shopped. I did not feel rushed and my girlfriend and I were able to shop in peace. Overall the products were a lot cheaper than back home, and showed much better results. Also this store offers other really cool items, such as hemp clothing, Vermont made products and plenty of growing supplies. Thanx

Wow! First off, I’ve been using CBD for 2 years now and just had the pleasure of discovering this gem today! I’m not sure who they were, name wise, but we stopped at their booth at a local festival.
My husband has severe nerve damage from a car accident and suffers constantly with his back, neck and shoulders.
I’ve pumped him full of CBD and have even tried several brands, full spectrum, broad spectrum (maybe that’s a term for sunscreen?) anyways, he’s never had any luck. Until today...
He explained his problems and was given a sample of the cream to apply to his neck and shoulders. He also took a dose of the oil sublingual.
I’m not joking when I saw he’s pain free. Pain free. This man hasn’t been pain free in over a year. Not only that, he was happy. He was enjoying his time at the festival with our kids. Normally he would be shot after an hour and probably would be sleeping or complaining. Not today.
He’s outside gathering sticks for our kids to roast marshmallows tonight. He’s alive, he’s happy, he’s pain free!!
Thank you and I am now ordering some of the cream right now!!

I give this store a one for being a rip off. I bought two batteries for vape pen 3/5/2019. I got home and tried to use both. Neither one of them worked even after trying to charge them.
Than I called the store and talked to Cody. He sold them to me. He said no returns. It had been only 1/2 hour after I bought them.
I than asked to speak to manager. They said there would be one there on 4/8/2019.
That being today, I called manager and was told the same thing. We don’t take returns, even if they don’t work! Wth, they definitely hadn’t been used.
If anyone buys anything there, make sure it works before you leave the store!

Cbd oil is great quality, price is fair compared to market. Customer service responses, online ordering services, and shipping service needs work.
UPDATE: Be warned!!! Green Mountain Hemp company’s CBD oil tincture will produce a positive drug screen. Sensitive test cups will fail you for THC. I had a random drug screen for work and I failed for THC. The cup was sent to the lab and the lab had no “findings”. The exact tincture I used was the balance 300 +40 Terpenes 1oz.

Wonderful products, I use the tincture , freedom stick saves me, as well as the silk, its body butter couldnt live without it. I also you there soup and deodorant. You can swim , sweat, without the need to reapply

Great people knew exactly what I needed and gave me a great deal! Highly recommend they helped my child and my pet very happy with results of their products.
