Artisan Vapor & CBD Burlington

Artisan is a nice place for cheap juul pods, and maybe vape accessories. But to be honest anything else is absolute garbage. They sold me this weird juice and yes it was my choice to buy, but I took at their recommendation. Also their juices are more then double the price of Garcia’s. When I went back to question the juice. I was told to just let it prime more. But in actuality it was just really really bad juice and the employees at another store told me it was thick and too old for the device. I only recommend going here for juul pods, and even those are leaky from here. I understand the return policy but maybe be more educated on what your selling the customer. The customer is king and should feel welcomed when we are broke college kids that now are stuck with terrible juice.

Good selection of juice. Customer service sucks. Owner didn’t greet me and wasn’t friendly at all. He acted like I was a burden for sampling different juices. Wouldn’t let me use the restroom and appeared overall disgruntled, burn-out, and like he hated his job. Maybe he was having a bad day but I wont shop here again.

This place is a ripoff and a joke. They talk you into buying super expensive stuff that doesn't even work on your particular vape mod. Then when you bring it back they say "sorryyy"

Originally, I was pleased with this place as it gave me option other than Juul to quit cigarettes. However beware that some employees are more experienced than others. If someone hands you the wrong juice and you open it, you’re stuck with it. So as a disclaimer, make sure you got what you requested before leaving the store.

Great people and a large selection of juice. Amazing place to hang out & blow some clouds. Thanks for making a weary business traveler feel at home and have a couple laughs. Litttle things like exposure to super great people make all the difference when I travel.

They have a decent size vape selection but the employees weren't super helpful and one of the employees wasn't that customer friendly. The juice bar is great and they have disposable tips so your not putting you mouth on a tip that someone else had put their mouth on. Their coil building kit was not good. The wire cutters sucked and the ohm reader doesn't have a firing button which is a great thing to have. I would've gotten a coil master kit if they had one there.

A great place to get your vape pen. The best part is they keep selling the coils for any product they have sold. So even if they don't sell your vape pen any more you can usually still get the tanks and coils.

Great service from a cordial and welcoming staff. Seems like a good juice selection. Admittedly have only gone twice for juice but had exactly type and mg amount I wanted.

Great store! They told me that Vt has a 92 percent sales tax!! Ouch but a good store

My ecig, which I didn't buy from here, stopped working and actually fell apart. The clerk I talked to helped me determine the problem, showed me how to fix it, then took the time to put it back together and prep the coil. During the process he also explained how their CBD oil works and never once seemed bothered by my questions. Definitely a great local shop ran and managed by good people. Highly recommended!
