I went in to get tobacco and papers and the guy behind the counter sat and had a long conversation with a customer about playing video games. I was in a huge hurry and when I told him I didn’t appreciate waiting on him he refused to help me. I’ve over and over had these kind of issues with this place. I refuse to go there and my friends and family will refuse to go as well. Worse customer service I’ve ever seen. The manager after talking with him acted like I was the problem. Great customer service, not really. Well you lost a ton of customers today. I will def blast the bad experience I had to all my friends and family. The owner of this place likes to hire stupid people so no reason to do business there.

Be prepared to know what you want before you enter this place. They have too many products, and the salesmen are understaffed and under-informed. I was looking for a good quality CBD oil. They had two brands but was not aware of the quality of them.
Consider this a self-help store. Do your research and know what you want, they will probably have it. As far as recommendation and help about products, very little.

I LOVE the people who work here! They're always so happy to help you and they treat you like a friend. Plus the location is not too far from TRAX. It's my favorite smoke shop in Salt Lake!

This place is great if you are a smoker or a friend of a smoker of any kind. As is they are as well. The boss is kinda ugh... But he's cool.. he is hardly ever In anyway. Still a nice guy tho, but any of the any other workers who are here much more often and really cool and easy to work with. I give a *****

My favorite smoke shop in the city. Everyone that i worked with here (especially Cody) has been to0p-notch in every single way. They answer my questions effectively and throughly, and they always have the part of type of shisha I need! Always an awesome experience, would highly recommend.

Frickin LOVE this place. I go there at least once a week. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They helped me find the best piece for my wants/budget, and genuinely seemed happy to help. Very knowledgeable in everything they sell.

I ride at 3 minutes come 9 o'clock this is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that they're already closed. I ride a bike instead of ftiving and it is really a let down when they close early. I dont think these also rude people use any of the products. I dislike being talked down to like ive no knowledge of what om looking for when I I actually do catch the store open and get to enter
