I literally just bought a Kangertech Subox Nano yesterday, and have had nothing but problems with it. I have not been able to use it once. I thought it was the battery because according online, the exact battery will not let it run, so I borrowed by friends battery and it still gives the same error. I have now tried calling 3 times but no answer. I'll be coming in tomorrow to try and get a replacement.
