So, I'm pretty new to Vaping. I started vaping to help quit smoking. And I'm honestly surprised about how effective it is. I've been to a couple of shops since I started vaping and the atmosphere in a lot of places is one of indifference almost to the point of irritation. Especially when a newbie like me comes in with a bunch of questions.

Now, I don't usually leave reviews on places, but I had to write something this time. The hope here is to inform other potentially interested smokers that are thinking of quitting that, at Blacksheep Vape Company, you will get Service. That is a rare thing anywhere anymore.

Now, when I report service, I don't just mean a smile and a bright attitude in the hopes of selling you something. I mean you will get ALL the help you need to navigate the bizarre language and cornucopia of product offerings to get started vaping, so you can focus more on quitting smoking. The young man that helped me answered all of my newbie questions without even a hint of the condescending attitude towards newbies I've encountered in other places. And believe me, I had a ton. My last tank leaked more e-juice than I vaporized and I was getting tired of wasting my money. So, I visited Blacksheep in the hopes of rectifying that issue and was outfitted with an excellent new tank. The guy's name that helped me was Jake and that was one solid dude. He showed me how to build my new deck, how to perform maintenance, and shared his knowledge of the particular nuances associated with the style of hybrid tank/rebuildable deck he reccomended. I've heard some pretty intimidating stories about these rebuildable decks, but Jake showed me just how easy it was to put mine together, prime it, and make it ready for vaping. He even got me set up with the correct wattage. And to be completely honest, this place may be new in town, but it will be my "go-to" shop in the future. I know my questions will get answered without making me feel like a butthole.

Terrible customer service and poor way handling products. I was on vacation in Utah and needed a refill. I thought I was in luck finding this place so close to where I was staying, until I spoke with some guy named Sean. I was unfamiliar with a product they carried and was looking for help and more info. I guess they don't take kindly to vape newbies because it ended up with him cursing at me and kicking me out. I'm sorry we can't all be experts like you guys at smoking/vaping. elitist scum......

A bit pricey and don't make custom mixes but the staff is knowledgeable

Was staying in town for work and ran out of juice. Jake helped get me set up for my long drive back with some flavors I am in love with. Will definitely be back anytime I am in cedar city.
