I’m not very familiar with CBD since I don’t use CBD, but the franchise seemed very interesting and I wanted to learn more about it. Devin invited me in so I could see day-to-day operations of a store and learn about the different products in the store. He was very friendly/informative and the other employees there were too. Not only were they helpful to me, but they went above and beyond to help make customers more knowledgeable. They were educating people, not just cramming products down people’s throats.
However, since I was there longer than a normal customer that raised red flags to a manager watching the cameras. They told the employees working that they had to have everyone leave the store, despite the employees explaining to the manager that I was there for a good reason. Devin let me stay a little longer so I could at least learn more about some products and buy $250 worth of stuff for my girlfriend/dog.
That almost killed a $250 sale for the store, not to mention being a huge turn off and not feeling welcomed to learn more about opening a franchise. Not sure if I’d like management killing my stores’ sales like that. Just let the employees do what they’re paid to do.

i've been in store twice now and both experiences were equally as great. on the first day of their business, i was their first customer and the ladies there helped me so much. when i came back, it was great to see some of the familiar faces that helped me the first time around and it was even better that they had recognized me and welcomed me back.! something like that will always make you wanna go back and their product knowledge is off the charts.! i will be a repeat customer, for sure.!!

The employee who helped me was so amazing. He really listened to my concerns and gave me all the help I needed and more! Will definitely be coming back for more. I honestly can already feel a difference in my anxiety and overall peace of mind. I love that I can put the brio vanilla drops directly into my drink of choice and they honestly taste bomb in Coke Zero lol

I have came in the store twice the first time I spoke with the lady named Kelly and the second time a lady named Kelsey. The reason behind going in the store was not for me but for a lady I take care of so I know absolutely nothing about anything they were selling. These two people knew so much about their products and taught me so many different things I should have walked out of there with a full-blown "certificate of knowledge" I highly recommend this store to anybody interested in this type of product and I hope you are fortunate enough 2 go in when one of these two ladies are working. I was told there's another gentleman that works there and his name is Josh who is just as informative from what I'm told. This business gets seven Stars if you ask me!
