HORRIBLE. They will deny you access if you have a service dog and demand paperwork if you bring in a service dog. After being told that under ADA LAW (Federal law) that service dogs do not require paperwork, they still demand it. “Under Title II and Title III, a service animal handler does not need to provide certification for their service animal.”

So it was my not my first time here but it was my girls and did we have an amazing experience? Yes she was so happy after leaving she said we would not go anywhere else! We will definitely be back! We were help by two amazing employees Kim and Jose they were very helpful with everything show us some of the new items made sure we were not missing out on anything! They had smiles the whole time while working! They were very happy and made it feel like a comfortable environment! Those are the employees you hold onto and reward them for the amount of effort they give you could tell they enjoy there job and customer satisfaction I could go on and on but I will save y’all some time but definitely have another trip planned to come back very happy with the customer service there!!!
