Not the experience I expected... it’s truly sad and completely unprofessional!
July 30th 2019 I arrived at 10am right when the store opened
I walk in the lights are off I say hello out loud to see if a representative is available
The young gentleman is yelling at me to get out and states we are not open
I inform him that my clock stays it’s 10am actually 10:01 and he says he doesn’t care we are not open...
Literally had to wait outside till he finishing doing whatever he is doing so I could renter the store at 10:02!! I pay for my item no eye contact no form of integrity!!
No form of professional or an apology to reinsure the customer is the make main focus and sorry for the confusion.

SELLING FAKES
Sold me a counterfeit Puff Plus pen (grapefruit orange which is a FAKE flavor) with a fake scratch off code. When I brought it back to the shop they refused to do anything about it and still said "all sales final". You're risking your health if you buy pens from here. Manager did nothing so I guarantee they know that they're fakes and continue to trick people to take their money. Very disappointing.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because that’s the only way I could write this review. Do NOT by the Quantum Kratom in the tin containers. The Jumbo Capsules as they call them are not filled with kratom. You can squeeze them between your fingers and they aren’t even halfway filled. I tried calling to complain but no answer. I called the manager at the West Ave. store and guess what no returns. So I then asked what if I bought a can and opened it up right in front of him. Well he didn’t have much to say after that. Just don’t fall for this scam.
I would like to thank this store for making an exchange for the product and want to apologize to the workers for the attitude I displayed while in the store. I was dealing with a multitude of problems not concerning this store and should have never come to the store with an attitude.
