First of all the decor and atmosphere are so Zen it puts you at ease . From there the staff is amazing… super knowledgeable. They ask all the right questions to understand your issue(s) before educating you on the options available And boy are there options. Fortunately my issues are related to workouts so I purchase the topical s. However I have an elderly dad with arthritis and other inflammation related issues and their recommendations have been on point . Regardless of when I pop in,the on duty staff (Taylor, Ian, Juan are always engaging and make you feel comfortable. I like that they track my history to remind me of what I’ve purchased previously Love love that they support veterans like my dad. I referred a friend here andTaylor helped her out and called a few days later to check to see how the products worked for her. Superior customer service.
