Bought a brand new vape from this spot, and hour later it dies. Obviously I know their no return policy, but, shouldn’t you know if you’re carrying good product? Not going back

I’ve been buying here for a while. I went today and got a vape and walked out and turned back around as I walked out the door bc the one I opened didn’t work they guy told me there was nothing he can do bc I went out the door. Needless to say I won’t be back and other places I’ve checked the prices of their vape are WAY over priced.

The staff here is amazing and always attentive and helpful! They answer any questions and if asked make excellent honest suggestions! Highly recommend come see them!

I was very disappointed because I had high hopes . As soon as I walked in I was treated as if I was doing something wrong. Guy followed me to what I needed and hovered over me the whole time. Made me very uncomfortable. He also asked for my ID very rudely. I just turned 23 today. Then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t show my boyfriend on FaceTime something I thought was cool in store. The whole experience had negative energy. And I don’t like how rude the guy was.

First time at this smoke shop. Staff was very friendly and helpful! So many options for any smoking needs. The store was very clean and very well organized 10/10 experience

Went for the first time ever, was recommended by a friend. Kid with a septum ring was being very unfriendly and rude. I’ve never been there so I wasn’t sure where things were, he asked us if we needed anything and we said papers, we were looking at wraps but it was only because we didn’t know where things were and were trying to find stuff, instead of helping he just tells us we’re looking at wraps. So then we move on and were interested in all the different kind of papers they had. He got annoyed that we called cones “pre-rolls” like okay it’s a pre-rolled paper? anyways we went back to looking at the papers and then when we tried to ask for what we wanted he tried to make us feel stupid and asked us which ones we wanted over and over and said “you didn’t specify if you wanted cones or papers” luckily i forgot my ID so I didn’t spend money here anyways. The other guy was nice, smiled at us. Def won’t be coming back even tho it’s close by, I’ll stick to Amsterdam.

Overcharged us by mistake and then refused to correct it, citing store policy about no returns or exchanges. Ridiculous and lazy.

My shadow will never darken the doorstep of this place ever again. The young person behind the counter was probably the most rude person I’ve ever encountered with his smart a$$ remarks and snarky comments. The very definition of poor customer service. I guess that’s what I get for being too lazy to drive across town.

I would leave a 0 star if that were an option. First of all these kids that work here very unprofessional, also having inappropriate conversations while customers are in the facility. I spoke with a boy named Trevor who claimed to be a manager asking him if I was able to switch out the vape that I had purchased 10 mins ago cause it tasted rancid, burnt. Trevor stated I was not able to that it was the owners policy. I stated that other super novas are able to do it within a 24 hour window. Trevor then stated with his condescending tone “well here it’s different” do yourselves a favor a do not shop at this shop unless you want to feel scammed by these kids. There is a way to politely say unfortunately sir no we aren’t able to. But the way this child spoke to me was unacceptable.
