I went to another shop not to far from Klowdz and I wasn’t too happy with the selection. They were nice enough to refer me to Klowdz since they didn’t have what I wanted. The guy at the other shop said “Klowdz has everything, they will take care of you!” And he was right.

Griff knows his stuff. Especially if you are new to nicotine salt juices. I've been here twice. He took the time to listen to what I needed and offered a great personal recommendation both times. I picked up an Aspire SPRYTE based on his recommendation today. It works great and does everything I was looking for. Pricing is very reasonable. I probably could have saved a couple bucks online but would have ended up with something subpar and not exactly what I was looking for. Well worth it given the knowledge base of the sales person. He also personally set up and filled my system while showing how to do it myself. I will be back again for some more juice and coils.

This vape shop is my new home away from home. It's clean, organized, the staff is not only knowledgeable of their craft but are awesome people. Im always greeted when I walk through the door, never made to feel like a bother if I want to check out 50 different juices or mods, and the staff ACTUALLY listens to my feedback after testing so they can reccomend juices based on my personal taste preference. Their menu is the best ive seen to date, consolidated, organized, and it even has prices listed! (Which seems like a no brainer but for whatever reason most shops dont lay out of their prices.) The customer service is top notch, they are not snobby if you dont understand something or have a mile long list of questions. They love learning what you have to offer as well. I'm never left awkwardly standing there if they are busy with a customer when I walk in, they make a point to acknowledge that I'm there and that they will be with me right away. As a california transplant who was spoiled by the vape scene out there I found myself checking out grips of shops across collins county and none of me them measured up to what I was looking to in a vape shop. Until, KLOWDZ that is! The owner is hands on and full of integrity. Their shop builder is charismatic and a great resource of knowledge. Hands down best juice inventory here in McKinney of all the premium lines I know and love, great hardware selection, plus a bonus head shop spread in the back half of the store. The owner runs his business with great ethic and high class standards. He loves hearing feedback, genuinely researches the recommendations he receives on products his patrons are looking for, and doesnt rip you off. I listened to him talk to a customer about a hardware coil problem that he was noticing amongst many customers so he contacted the company and got information on how to correct it so these vapers wouldnt be blowing through their coils despite it being better for business if he kept his mouth shut on the solution. But his priority is helping build the vape community up, not in it just for the dollars. He cares about the heart of it all- creating a great space where customers can trust the quality and establish an ongoing relationship for all their vaping needs. If you haven't checked them out, trust me- my review might sound to good to be true but it's not. Its the honest truth as I've experienced it. I found my go-to shop now and respect the loyalty Klowdz has to its customers and the companies they inadvertently represent by carrying their products- so I have totally loyalty right back and want to spread the love to anyone who is looking for a shop that they will love. I can stand behind my raves over this place, now go check it out so you can too!

A little upset on the return policy. Bought 3 vaping products ($15 each) on the weekend. One of them stopped working within an hour and I threw it away. Came back on Monday with receipt and they weren't able to do anything in terms of replacing/refunding me.

A store should back up its products, and extend that guarantee of quality to its paying customers. Other than that, the store is typically busy and they seem to be managed well.

The guys here are very helpful. Went in searching for that perfect liquid I could vape all day. All suggestions were great suggestions they knew their juice. This will be my regular store from now on. Great selection of juices to choose from!

Great shop, Moe will take care of you, just tell him or any of the other guys what you need. Great environment with great service, I always use this smoke shop. Anything from rolling papers to a challenge cone that fits 3 oz of dry herb, to salt-nic devices/box mods, or glass/silicone pieces, and if you’re thirsty, they sell drinks as well.

Best store around and only store I will go. Employees and owner are the best and so knowledgeable and you can always count on there suggestions. They have a amazing selection of everything. Highly recommend.

Great place, chill environment, knowledgeable staff, and a huge selection of e liquids, cbd products, kratom products and glassware. I loved the variety of kratom, and the prices were fair. Their laminated kratom menu makes things much easier, especially when it comes to finding what you need or want. Smokin' Glass is usually my go to, but this place was awesome, and not at all what i expected. I'll be back for sure.

By far the best shop around. Owner/manager and other guys are super friendly and awesome at helping their customers. Being new at vaping I felt lost and they were extremely helpful and answered all my questions.
