This place need to train employees properly on their inventory. They don’t know much about vape rigs, coils and basically everything they sell. Second trip there just so they can tell me again, “i don’t know if it fits. If it doesn’t fit you can’t return it.” Seriously? Worst experience ever. You don’t know what your selling and we can’t return it because your employees don’t know what they are selling. I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the option.

Mike the owner is an awesome dude.
Had an issue where I was sold an accidental sample bottle of juice and since it was a black bottle that you couldn't see I could not notice it. Mike was very quick to offer me a brand new bottle.
Yesterday purchased a new mod kit, and had an issue with it not working right. They took care of me right away and got everything taken care of.
Check this place out, best smoke shop in South Texas.

New to Laredo and I Walked in about less than a week ago and some blonde girl was helping me out I think her name was Alicia! She was awesome,very welcoming and they also have $20 water pipes which is perfect! Definitely would stop again !

One of the finest if not the finest smoke shops in Laredo. Beautiful store with a huge varity and inventory. Knowledgeable, friendly staff always ready to provide answers or show the incredible pieces that are always on display. Excellent selection of vape products also, along with CBD products. Super clean and organized. Located on loop 20 close to tamiu. A must visit if in the area.

I go there for the CBD oil. They have the strongest you can get in Laredo. It's expensive but so is every other place that sells products of lower strength. They also have many other products that have questionable purposes but not interested in those.
