This location gets a total of no stars! We spent close to $200.00 here for products suggested by the cashier and they were of no use to us. We would never have purchased these items without the suggestion of the cashier (who conveniently wasn't working the following day). We went in when they were close to closing so we were unable to alert the store to the unneeded products and once they opened the owner of the store told us we could only get a store credit and after all that they denied us our military discount which was originally given to us, was beyond our belief. We were terribly unhappy and will never return to this location. BE AWARE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET OVER ON YOU SO WATCH OUT.

Not sure what happened today,but in the past I've had nothing but amazing service. I wasn't sure of what I was looking for and was looking for and was asking questions. The woman had a moment and lost it a few times on me. If I were to come back and she's working there I will take my business elsewhere. Sucks because this is my go to place in the area.

My fiance and myself love this shop, we just recently purchased a Torch Water water pipe and we love the quality of this glass. The courtesy and politeness of the staff is awesome and when we walk in they make us feel comfortable while we shop.

Julie is the best! She provided Exceptional customer service! I was attempting to learn about kratom (1st time user) and it took me forever! I was literally asking every question possible about every kratom product and most of the cbd products they had, she answered every question politely, wasn’t rushing me or getting irritated or anything. That meant ALOT to me as I was very nervous about trying these products and was skeptical about them actually working. She was very knowledgeable about the products there and brings a great vibe to the shop! I left feeling completely confident in the products I purchased. I will definitely be back! Best smoke shop I’ve been to❤️ Definitely recommend people come here for their smoke shop needs!

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is on point!!! Don't be afraid to go in and NOT ask any questions that you have! They will answer them, and help you with whatever it is that you are looking for! I have stopped going to my regular vape store and now come to them.. They are awesome!

I came to terms with so many of this shop's prices being WAY above manufacturer retail (sometimes 2x) already. But now the place is always randomly closed during business hours 3 out of 4 attempts to visit. Today had a sign in the window saying "Back in 30 minutes". An hour later, still closed, same sign. Why post business hours if you don't want to follow them? Not even gonna try them anymore.
