About 2.5 weeks ago I came there to get hookah supplies. I wanted something that night while I waited for my order to come in the mail. So I got the smallest hookah they had, blue one, the smallest ones this store carries (not counting pocket hookahs) are displayed right on top of the shisha case. I got 3 packs of the Al Fakher shisha. With the hookah and the shisha I was charged $30. Made it sound like I was getting a deal, they was doing me a favor. I also got coconut charcoal, the burner, instant coals, diamond grind, roller and papers. The shisha is already 3 for $10. So I paid 20 for the hookah. I go in today to pick up some instant coals, sometime you don’t have the luxury of power to use the charcoal heaters for the coconut coals. While there today I saw they have all their small hookahs priced at $12.99. When I told them what they charged me vs what is listed on the exact same hookah I bought from them, the response was are you sure you didn’t get the next size up? I do 3 sessions a day with the hookah I got from there. I have 2 hookahs currently and they are both the same size because I travel with one and keep one at home. If I’m investing in something bigger it’s gonna be a all glass. I also work for a cigar lounge that does hookahs as well so I know what I bought and what I paid. I drive almost 40 minutes to this store and it’s the closest store that offers hookah supplies.

BEWARE OF AUTHENTICITY!!! After coming here maybe 4 years on and, off I was asked to do a review being that this was my only go to smoke shop, and I literally pass 20 other shops to come here, always have, my favorite guy to see is the only Black guy I know there, I’ve seen since last year, I call him Mr.Obama, but actually the entire staff has always been exceptional my entire experience, anyways to the point, I’ve spent plenty money there, my only 2 issues I’ve ever had there was I wanted to give a 5 star review, being I’ve bought numerous vapes, a salt vape, vape juices, a hookah, and a bong from these guys, I bought a ProFile atomizer there yesterday, I never cared about other faults I found in the store like no one ever hardly gives me my reward points at all, and you only get one point regardless of how much you spend, and you have to sort of stick out like a sore thumb in order for staff to remember you, unless they just never remember me, but my biggest concern is I checked the authenticity of my Profile atomizer, and it was a knock off of the original, I was told last year the hookah I bought from them was a knock off, but the staff is so patient, and kind I never cared to look at any of the authenticity of anything I ever bought there, and when I brought my concern to the attention of the staff, I was told I only had 1 hour to resolve the situation cause the guy who takes care of that is hardly ever there, and basically if they did anything about it at all, and they denied the claim of selling knock off which I was sold at full price, and I can understand if it was an accident, but hear out the CUSTOMER, before you deny, well it was my fault for being impatient, and not going to the sellers website as I usually do, this is my quick fix when I don’t want to wait on a order to be mailed in but lesson learned here, now I’m concerned to if I have actually wasted a couple thousand bucks here if not more buying knock off brands, I won’t take that risk again because now I know I’m just a dollar, same thing happened when I brought it to the guys attention I was priced gouged by I assume an ex employee of theirs when I asked for the price on the hookah, and has it always been that price, I was told yes, when I told him the price it was sold to me for, the story changed I guess for defense, I no longer have faith in these guys for nothing more than vape juice, that’s it, it was my go to shop, yesterday disappointed me actually, I never thought these guys, not one bit

1st time in and called before I came in.. Victor had what i was looking for even help me grab a small extra exclusive piece ive been wanting to get for a great price. Thanks bro y'all will be seeing me alot
