So I spent almost 100$ on this stuff that was swore by, had no effect on what they said was the sole purpose. I called to see if I couldn’t get a refund or exchange after less than 24 hours and they don’t. I’d never go to this one again. You could buy better stuff from somewhere else for half the price.

Barely any vape products. I understand it's a smoke shop, not a vape shop so it's whatever. They have maybe 3 different brands of vape juice. The girl behind the counter knew NOTHING about the products! Rather than educate herself she handed me a paper with the description of the flavors of juice they had. Geez at least act like you know.. One of my worst customer experiences. She also seemed kind of out of it like she was in another place and needed to come back to earth. Asked about a vape mod and she knew nothing about it, just that it's "been there since she started." Doesn't know much about the coals for the hookahs other than the brand name which is on the box so no recommendations there either. Rather than worrying about the music and dancing behind the counter she should go learn about the products she's trying to sell. I'm a salesperson myself and you can't sell if you don't know your products unless the buyer is knowledgeable about what the store carries (ie repeat customer..)
