Bought an item that was wrapped in plastic. Could not see through it. Went back into the store immediately after just left to buy another item. Was told no exchanges and I just walked out. I can't believe this. She pointed to a sign which had nothing but items covering it. Saying no exchanges or returns. I didn't want a refund. I was just going to exchange it and the answer was no .Very disappointed.

A female that wears a cowboys hat has the most disgusting disrespectful attitude. Always feels as though it is a regrettable task to simply do her job. Very rude, impatient and i dont believe professional at all.

I have to say Inward Minds is the best store to pick up your kratom needs. The variety and pureness is amazing. If you need info and help about kratom, Tony will answer all your questions and lead you on the right track.

This is the only smoke shop I go to in town. Great prices, great quality supplies and the staff are amazing. Shout to Jayson, Jamie and Josh, they always provide exceptional service. Highly recommend!

I come here at least 3-4 times a month and its always worth it! I can't remember the name of the tallest guy there but he defintely knows his stuff and is super helpful! I recommend coming here and checking out a piece before you buy one online, they have a pretty good selection and affordable prices!

Selena or Serena acted like I was interrupting her conversation with another employee when I asked literally one question, but I love Tony when he’s there. He’s very helpful and friendly and creates a welcoming comfortable atmosphere. I’m rating 4 stars only because of Tony and one other guy that helped me, and also because I really do like their products!

Prices are a little high. Good place to go until the workers are in a bad mood. When they aren't having a good day the service is bad.

Both times I’ve gotten vape pens from this store they have both been overly expensive but with awful quality. Both batteries have already began showing signs of going out. Both refuse to keep a charge. There’s other locations that offer cheaper prices and yet better quality nearby I’d go with them instead.

I stopped one day for a disposable and some kratom and the staf really knew what they were talking about and the manager is super nice. Its been about 3 months and this is still my go to smoke shop.

Would be 4/5 stars for the prices but I did 5 just because of the guy working there, Thomas was super helpful every time I’ve come in. He always directs me to new good products to try that have been great every time!
