Sold my husband faulty vapes for almost $50, so bad that if you hit them and stopped theyβd keep going and just instantly died. Same person who sold them to him refused to exchange them despite the fact that he took them back. $50 down the drain. Not ever coming here again. And if you value getting your moneys worth and not being duped nobody else should either.

$1 a gram is WAAAY too expensive for kratom. The guy seemed nice, but he wouldn't let me get a refund even though I had 6 packages and only opened one. I was going to at least just take the 10 for 10 deal and take it as my own loss. I had just got done donating plasma and was lethargic and light headed so it was my fault for not thinking clearly. Still good customer service would have been to at least give me a partial refund. I seriously feel like I got ripped off, because you can get 112 grams for around $30 elsewhere. It also does not appear to be of good quality. It is dark brown like it was made from leaves that were dying. I will certainly not be going back here any time soon.

My wife and I went in today and got refreshing and delightful customer service. I don't remember his name but he had long black hair and and genuine smile. He was very knowledgeable about the product and friendly while assisting other customers because the store was packed. We ended up enjoying the experience so much we bought a bong along with what we came in there for originally. 5 star service my friend. We will be back

Keep trying to support this place after a few rude experiences. Every time I try to buy multiple items they tell me βthereβs a shortage in the nation so I can only sell you two.β This is the only store in town that tells me this lie. The employees are always rude like if iβm bothering them by going in to buy something. And I understand the mask thing, But I am vaccinated and it is not required in Texas anymore. So not letting me shop in an empty store is baffling. I try to support local businesses as much as I can. But this is my last visit to this shop. I recommend you go to any other smoke shop in town.

Came in Sunday 9pm and guy Juan was working. Terrible customer service, bad attitude, didn't offer me anything and was very short with his answers as if I was bothering him by asking questions in regards to item's being sold in there. He acted as if he was busy but i was only customer in store. Businesses close cause of employees like this one. Wont be coming here again. Too many shops in town to be dealing with tude.

Kind of shady when a place can't or won't back up their products. I bought a disposable for my daughter. Wasn't told to test it in the shop. Took it home and she tried it. It doesn't work. Had a receipt and everything, but they wouldn't exchange the product. I understand their policy, but that should apply to people wanting their money back or deciding they don't like the flavor they picked. To sell a subpar product and then not even trade it out is bad business to me.
***Edited to add: I was NOT given the option to test the product in the store. I explained that to the gentleman behind the counter when I went to see if they'd switch out the defective disposable.

Always love this place, best selection for disposables. Unfortunately today was my first negative experience. I got 2 of them one wasnβt hitting right when it was tested so it was exchanged. Now I get home and the one it was replaced with that tasted ok the first 2 hits tastes completely burnt after 4 hits total.. Called in and was told as soon as it leaves thereβs no exchanges.. I understand thatβs policy but Iβm in there multiple times a week buying puffs.. I get it but doesnβt seem okay that now Iβm out 25$ for something that doesnβt work...
