Being that I am new to any cannabis culture, I felt very at ease with great customer service and knowledge that I was provided with. Working at a grocery store I never thought CBD healing stick or bath bombs would be exactly what i needed for tense muscles and a pinched neck and back. Again not knowing the right questions to ask or where to start they guided the conversation in a welcoming and inviting manner. Now all my co-workers and I are obsessed with the healing stick.

I'm your second customer not be happy with RopaNa.
I never raved about the first bottle, I did however rave how well CBD works.
I was referring to the lowerdose brand that did work..I raved about the Medterra.
I called RopaNa directly. Andrew from Ropana, reminded me they do not guarantee their products are going to work. So I'm out $222.89
I feel very betrayed and mislead by Jae and other MaryJay Smoak shop staff. My feelings are hurt because of that. I trusted their opinions: This is so uncool to sell this off as effective CBD oil. I know how to use CBT, I've been using another brand (Medterra) CBD for months. 30mm woks great!! However; I wanted a stronger dose, so, at staff advise, I bought the RopaNa $71.35 500mg, that didn't work, even after consuming almost the entire bottle OVER SEVERAL HOURS that day .. NOTHING...no help at all. So, It was suggested that I up the dose. I did at $151.54 I was honest about how broke I was/am and how very expressive this is for me. But real CBT eliminates the pain and it's worth it. This RopaNa did NOT work at all. Its oil for sure BUT TRUST ME I KNOW CBD... THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT Effective CBD, not for me anyway. I took their advice, AGAIN!! and bought the $150 bottle of 1500mg. I think I wasted my food money on plain oil. This "RopaNa Nectar 1500mg CBD. Again over a 6 hour period i consumed almost the entire bottle...No pain releaf at all. I cryed myself, in pain, to sleep...WARNING RopaNa does not guarantee their products work. Think about that. I did successfully use Medterra CBD 1 gram was $37 it worked very good. They guaranteed there products.

Mary Jae is my favorite Austin location for CBD. The folks who work there are knowledgeable for anyone interested in learning or exploring CBD.
The product selection is great, even compared to many shops in San Francisco. They can help you find a vegan friendly medium if you have food restrictions.

This shop is by far the best in town for CBD products and Smoke accessories. These ladies really care about what they do and the products they bring in the store. I have learned so much about CBD products since going there and they even have CBD treats for animals! Highly suggest them!!
