Brian and Chris are the best shop owners my wife and I have have ever met! Besides being super patient and kind, they were beyond knowledgeable about every single piece in the shop. There was no rushing our decisions what so ever. We will always come back when we are in town. Best Shop Ever. Best part besides the staff and the quality of service they have Local Glass and All American glass, can’t beat this place!

Friendly employees who are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and quality glass pieces that are locally made. This store offers a great selection of more than just smoking accessories and has something for just about anyone no matter the budget. The store is always very clean and has a unique vibe unlike any other smoke shop I've been to. This is always my go to store; I can't put into words how much I love this place.

The best smoke store in Austin. The people there are great and they care about what they sell and know what they're talking about. I've gotten two water pipes from them and not only is the quality great but the glassblower is local so she can repair the down stems on things or other stuff like that. It feels like the local mart for great local material. I feel like I'm treated like an old friend whenever I come in. It always uplifiting to be around people that are personable and good at their job. They will have my continued business for making it a pleasant shopping experience.

Awesome little smoke shop. Independently owned with a very nice selection of accessories to choose from. All of their glass is from local artists. The owners there are very nice and knowledgeable as well. If you haven't been to Cosmic Cowboy you really need to stop by and experience their hospitality and selection of products.

My favorite thing about them was Brian, though. He helped me out and it was 5 star service. Explained where product came from and was friendly and not overbearing. Asked and listened!
