Decent kratom prices, compared to most shops. Still much more expensive than online, which also has much better selection and quality. Ok in a pinch. Seems to have a lot of nice glass pieces... haven't been in the market for any, so haven't really looked around much, just come for kratom in a pinch

When we visited there, it was not close time yet. The clerk was going to close the store earlier than the closing time, but he let us into the store. I wanted a Red Bull-flavored liquid that does not contain nicotine, so I told that clerk. Then he gave me a liquid with nicotine. I bought it because I did not know that it had nicotine. And before I checked out I wanted to make sure it doesn't really have nicotine, so I asked the clerk. He clearly said that nicotine is not in it. However, when I came home and opened the box, it was noted that it contained nicotine. So the next day, I visited the store again to return it. Since there was the same salesclerk there, I told that I want to exchange it with the liquid that doesn’t contain nicotine. Then the clerk recommended me to use a different flavor liquid with no nicotine. However, I requested to return it because I wanted the Red Bull flaovor with no nicotine, but they didn’t have one. But the clerk told me I couldn’t return it. Certainly it was written to the cash register that it cannot be returned, but that was not my mistake. I specifically asked him if it had nicotine, but he straight up told me a lie, and said it doesn’t. So I told him the intention, but he said that when I came, the store was already closed (even though it was before the closing time), but he let us in, and let us buy the item, saying that he treated me special, so I couldn’t return it. I left the store with a liquid containing nicotine I bought on the previous day, drowned for his excuse.

This store is the best smoke shop I've ever been in. Beautiful setup and the shisha prices and brand and flavor selections are both affordable and vast. And the customer service just topped everything off. Go check them out. I will be driving to south Arlington from North Arlington from now on.

Honestly one of the best shops I’ve been too. So I go to a few shops just to look around at everything, they have amazing pieces at great prices, I guarantee you can’t find a better value. It’s not cheap glass for cheap, it is great quality for cheap, ALSO if you’re a student you get %15 percent off!!! I always end up buying there!
Ps: one last note, they have detoxins there that my roommates used and he’s bought it off of amazon, the exact same one and it was cheaper at this smoke shop vs amazon, what even.

This smoke shop has such an amazing selection, while I have been there my friends and I have interacted with a really kind lady who was kind enough to spend time showing us different water pipes and pipes. Overall amazing store and for all UTA students it is right by campus and a must for your smoking needs.

We didn’t have any issues with the store until our past couple of purchases. I would not recommend buying a vape or other electronic item from the store. The ones we’ve bought have either been broken upon purchase, or have broken within a couple of uses. We did not try to return/exchange the first vape because of their no return/exchange policy, but after the second vape (pen, different brand,) for which my husband did not receive a receipt, I took it back to ask for a refund, preferably, or an exchange. At first, the man I spoke with refused. I explained that this was the second time we’d bought a bad vape there. He asked for the receipt, which I explained my husband didn’t receive, which he argued about, saying everyone is offered a receipt. I said that someone must have made a mistake. He offered to exchange it for the same item, and I told him I would prefer not to, since the only vapes we’ve bought there haven’t worked. Then he said he would give me the amount, which he immediately retracted. We went back and forth for a couple of minutes, and I told him he could just have the vape, since it was of no use to us. He said it was of no use to him to take it back, and finally offered to exchange it for a different item of the same price ($19.99.) So, that’s what I did, and offered to leave my information when he said he could get in trouble with the owner, but he said there was no need. I shook his hand, and left.
TLDR: Don’t buy electronic items here, due to their policy, and since they are likely not to work. Staff is difficult to talk to, but ultimately the situation was resolved.

Great selection of glass pipes, lighters, torches, bongs, jewelry & even body jewelry. The staff is always friendly, patient and very helpful! The shop is easy to find and overall a great location with easy access. This is by far my #1 choice headshop to go to, buy from & check out!

After seeing the other recent bad review I thought I should share also. This review is not a reflection of their products but just how absolutely horrible the treat their customers. I frequent a lot of smoke shops and I'm a current UTA student. After how rudely I was treated as a customer there I have since been putting up flyers around campus to warn and dissuade others from going there.

There are very few brands of vapes there. Found one I liked, bought it and it tasked burnt and hurt my throat when I smoked it. Do not recommend buying vapes there.
