Beware of used and broken merchandise sold as new. I bought a battery today, brought it home to charge and the box did not include the instructions or cable. It would not take any charge and on close inspection looked used. I took it back the same day to exchange but no more of that style just less expensive models. Because I got a discount on the first purchase I could return the broken battery to the company myself or pay more for the cheaper battery. Their policy of all purchases final even when they sold me a defective/used item was confirmed by the two managers the sales person called to be sure. With so many options for online and strip mall stores please consider choosing another seller.
