Jackie welcomed me right when I walked in and listened intently as I described my physical concerns ie aches from knee injury & occasional backaches. She reviewed what I said to ensure she fully understood my needs. She asked a few follow up questions then, shared the best solutions for me. She explained each option so that I was able to make an informed decision. I feel very confident with my purchase decision, based on the produce facts and reviews, but just as important is the amazing service! I truly feel as though Jackie goal was not to push product.
