Unfortunately we didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped us this morning, but he was incredibly nice, very helpful when talking over his product and wasn't pushy in the slightest. We plan to swing by on our way back home

I’m not one to write reviews, but I was so please with this store I had to say something. The glass here is beautiful and probably the most reasonable for the quality you get! I was greeted when I entered and was helped immediately by Ivan. He was very informative and happy to show me any glass I was interested in. Elevated earned a repeat customer today. Would definitely recommend.

They were very helpful. Very patient with me as I took my time. Very polite as well. It had a good vibe in the air as I walked in and it was very clean and smelled good as well. By far the best place I’ve been to for buying vape products. Definitely recommend this store as they were very nice and helpful throughout my visit. Love this place! Their selection is better than just about any spot in town, and very conveniently located with ample parking. What really sets this shop apart is the staff—always incredible service! I leave with everything I came for, plus a smile for the road.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. Last week I was in and bought a vape that didn't work. I went back this week to get another one and informed the worker that my last one didn't work. He rudely snapped at me "ok well try it out before you leave then". They also ask for a tip when paying....as asinine as this is, the employees don't even get the tip. it "goes to the store". I cannot justify why they ask for a tip to grab something behind the counter.
I will NOT support this business. Save your money and just go elsewhere.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a Sourin Air Pro. They typically run $19.99-24.99. I was shocked when it rang up $39.99. The pods were overpriced as well. I definitely won’t be going back.

This is the greatest smoke shop I ever been to in Tennessee. They have a large selection, and extremely helpful staff, I got a really good deal on shirts!!! I found my home away from home shop, and that’s saying something coming from someone who lives in Oklahoma.

Great experience at the shop. I suffer with chronic pain, Ivan suggested that I try the Kratom and it toke my pain level from a 10 down to 5 and that was the first week. If you have similar problems please stop by the store. I'm sure they can be of help to. Thank you Ivan. Anita
