My favorite CBD store in the Chattanooga area by far! I pass several shops just to come to this location. Erik, the manager, is always a HUGE help and very knowledgeable on the products available. I most definitely appreciate the customer service provided at CBD Plus.

Extremely clean and well kept up store. Employees were very nice and knowledgeable. Especially Caleb who personally helped me with everything I needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and as nice as can be. He didn’t rush and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. All with a big smile! Thanks to Caleb I left there very confident in what I purchased and even more knowledgeable on the product. This Hixson TN store will be the only one I come back to based on this experience and will recommend it to everyone I know!

Bought something there 2 weeks ago and it was defective, stopped in yesterday to see if I couldn't get a replacement and no they don't take care of their customers, I'll never shop with them again and definitely don't reccomend them to anyone else to many other CBD stores to shop at.!!!!!!
