Very impressed with the knowledge, kindness and helpfulness of this team! Well rounded selection of product. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend GrassRoots. I will definitely make a trip to Rapid City just to visit this store! Thank your help yesterday. My mom slept so good last night; the first time since my Dad passed. First off the shop is nicely kept. Only good quality about the shop. Everything is overpriced horribly compared to any other head shop/cbd and delta-9 shop in rapid city. Also I had been going there for a very long time buying constantly there because I liked the customer service and thought it was a good shop. They then one day out of the blue decided to say they were given the option/ thinking about kicking me out because I had tried to purchase nicotine vapes from their shop. First off there is a grandfather law in South Dakota that if you were of the age 18 when or before they changed the law to 21 for nicotine products, that you would still be able to get tobacco and nicotine items. I was 18 years old 7 months before they changed the law and had been getting vapes for a while at other places. If they were to listen and give me a chance to show them, things would be fine. Also they have sold me vapes before at that shop, so the constant inconsistency is also reason for rating.

GrassRoots is AMAZING. Customer service is spot on. I usually get help by a lady named Erika and she is wonderful! Very knowledgeable. All the lady's that work at GrassRoots are extremely nice, welcoming, and eager to help you! They know what they are talking about and can answer every question you have. I definitely suggest this shop to anyone that is looking for CBD, KRATOM, ETC... you will walk out confident in what you purchase.

I felt like I was treated like a frog. Seemed like I was being pushed to buy something. Then when I eventually said no to a few items. Was ignored when I asked a few questions about other products.
Please dont have your employees add me on Facebook. Hannah Watland added me on the ol Facebook. After I gave you a one star review. Very unprofessional. I dont want to be chased down on my social media because I gave you a one star review. I guess I must be a pretty cute frog to be getting Facebook friend requests from your employees. Yet. I was treated like I lived in the swamp when I was there.

I had a issue with a water pipe I got here. I drove all the way back from box elder thinking they were gonna give me a hard time and they didn't. They completely worked with me and found me something else that worked for me. They also have delicious cbd gummies. Definitely worth it to go here!

I'm super picky and they have a HUGE variety of CBD products to choose from. Even with being picky I can find multiple things I really love at this store. The staff is always friendly and very helpful in assisting those of us with our preferences on what we like. My newest favorite is the CBD coffee! It tastes amazing and does wonders for my chronic migraines and anxiety. I'm also very in love with their caramels and grab them whenever I'm nearby! This is and will always be my go to store in the area for CBD. They meet all expectations every visit and they just ROCK! Stop in and get some relief!
