My experience from this store was awful. I went in to purchase incenses and that’s it. The guy at the checkout was very snarky and rude. Then proceeded to hassle me for my ID, when given ID he denied my transaction.

There have been a few times that something specific wasn't in stock, but the staff has always let me know when it's expected in and haven't been wrong yet.
