5 stars is not enough! I’ve been coming here for awhile now and every other week I come in there’s always something new to try out. The guys that work here are always patient with me even when I ask a million questions about and have never made me feel like a burden

I sat in my car for about 10 minutes and watch the man inside walk around and touch all of his products. I was waiting for him to put a mask on hoping he had seen me and realised that someone wanted to come inside and didn't want to be around other people without a mask. But no he didn't. So I open the door I said can you please put a mask on since I'm coming in the store and he said no. He ask me to leave and I told him that I was leaving but I asked him if it was worth losing business for him to not put a mask on. I was very kind and quiet and calm while talking to him. He then told me he would call the police if I didn't leave I told him I was leaving but I didn't really understand why he would want to give up business. So I posted on one of the Facebook posts in hopes that 1 of the owners would notice that there was a customer service issue in 1 of the stores. They replied that ime asking him to wear a mask gave the man a panic attack.. and that "it was their constitutional right not to wear a mask" so as you can tell what the posts and reviews on this page already they do not care and their customer service is trash. Anytime anyone says there going to go somewhere else because there not being treated properly one of the representatives for the company says "its OK go somewhere else" but responded to my post by saying "be more kind" I was kind. They seem to only like positive reviews. Every bad review on this page, the owner responds with "bogus review"
My money makes a difference where it's spent, so it won't be spent here..

Bought a device that wasn't working the day after I purchased it. I took it into the store and all they said they could do was to redirect me to email them. I didn't even want a refund I just wanted to swap it out for one that actually worked. They haven't gotten back to me so I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone buying devices from them.

Besides the fact that the associate was very rude and disrespectful, she seemed to not know too much about the products she was selling. Purchased several items and wanted to come back and purchase more. Bought 4 pre-rolls and they all burned/melted as if it had a plastic film on it. It melted like plastic instead of burning like paper. Tried to explain the situation and the associate was rude, kept cutting me off and talking over me and would not hear me out. I do apologize for losing my composure and starting to get an attitude but for the associate to call me out of my name as I was leaving was the icing on the cake of an awful experience. Definitely would not recommend going to this establishment.

I appreciate your comment back, but you might have me confused with another situation. Also I never said anything about rice paper? So I'm assuming that's what the product had on it, since you know that and all, and what makes you say I didn't get the product from you? Would you like me post a picture of the receipt and products because I definitely got them from your location. And to comment back saying I "incited" the issue and saying it was "classy" is very "professional" of you, but thank you, have a nice day !
