Over the years the selection has improved but still but overally lacking in their custom glass selection. Most of their items can be found at other similar shops. Where they do separate themselves is with their unique selection novelty items and memorbilia (shirts, posters, classic movies, incents, etc).
The staff is either hit or miss. Some are more than willing to help while others have tendency to hide behind the counter for you to seek out their help. Same goes for how knowledgeable they are. Some staff can be very helpful while with others I find myself knowing far more about the products than they do.
My biggest gripe with Seven Sense is they do not accept debit cards. May seem like a minor inconvenience to some, as there in an atm in the building. For me personally, it has caused me to take my business to establishments with more conventional transactions. Doesn't make sense to only accept cash at a retail business in 2017. Quite frankly comes off as a shady practice.

I was normally very happy with this place until last week. The cash only is a pain because the ATM charges $2+ just to use it. I go in to by 2 coils, I watch the guy cut 2 sealed coils off a pack of 5. I then ran out to my car for cash and paid and left.
When I got home the bag contained 1 sealed coil and 1 coil was unsealed in a small plastic bag with a 7sense sticker on it. Under the sticker was another sticker for a belly ring. I have no idea where this coil came from because the 2 the guy cut were connected. Kind of shady if you ask me. I had no other coils on a Sunday so used it....as soon as I took the first pull it tasted burnt. I will not be back if this is their practices, preferred customer or not.

Nice selection and good prices. I wouldn't buy any large pieces here, but for the smaller things it's great. Much of the stuff they sell is from the flea market.

I use to love this store been coming for about a year and I sent them a lot of costumers than I walk in today and now the dude behind the counter dont kno me. He always trying to make me buy things and now you dont kno me. Ask for my id once and never did again amd now u don't kno me. Y'all can't remember people who spend money than its a problem. In also a member of the store which means u saw my is and I left it at home wen I drove 10 miles to get my cigars and they wouldnt sell me my cigars because I left my license. I will never again in life come back here and I will take all my people that come here with me. We will start goin to broad river store. This store is some real bs
