Would have given full stars but the place was packed with one clerk and we felt like we had to hurry and make purchases and not ask questions about products. Went in wanting to spend $200...came out spending $50...and it was so hot in there. Beautiful shop however!!

go to jays wellness for all your smoke shop needs ! i got something from here and got home and it didn’t work. at all. they were super rude and unwilling to help me figure out how to fix it or offer any type of exchange :( sad day because i won’t be shopping here anymore and will be spreading the word. i hate to be a karen but i couldn’t believe this. big sigh

I came in one morning to buy a TFV12 Prince coil, after I got home I realized that the coil that was in the package was for a TFV8. The label said prince but the coil was a V8 coil. I came back later asking for a refund and they didn’t help at all. The women helping me didn’t know how to tell the coils apart and refused to make the situation right. I still needed the coil but after she presented 3 of the wrong coils to me I left and probably won’t be coming back. I have been a long time customer for over a year and usually never have problems but this one just didn’t rub me the right way.
